The next update of the Gitlab server in 16.0.x will remove the possibility to authenticate on the Gitlab server https://gitbio.ens-lyon.fr via the CAS protocol (authentication by the server cas.ens-lyon.fr ). We must therefore adapt our authentication method which will be done with another widely used protocol (OIDC), this protocol is fortunately implemented on the cas.ens-lyon.fr authentication server. Each user must validate this new method by configuring their personal account on https://gitbio.ens-lyon.fr. Here is the method to follow, before June 20, 2023!!
La prochaine mise à jour du serveur Gitlab en 16.0.x supprimera la possibilité de s’authentifier sur le serveur Gitlab https://gitbio.ens-lyon.fr via le protocole CAS (authentification par le serveur cas.ens-lyon.fr). Nous devons donc adapter notre méthode d’authentification qui se fera avec un autre protocole très utilisé (OIDC), ce protocole est heureusement implémenté sur le serveur d’authentification cas.ens-lyon.fr.
